</script></div><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT DOES THE SETTLEMENT PROVIDE?</strong></p><p>S has agreed to provide the following benefits to Settlement Class Members under the <a href="https://att-uat-forms.ksacms.com/efiling/fr/register/ATT_Data_Incident_Settlement_Registration/new?form-version=1">Settlement</a>, which are two-part:</p><ol style="list-style-type:upper-roman;"><li>Claims Made Benefit: All Settlement Class Members who file Valid Claims for Out-of-Pocket Losses may receive reimbursement up to $1,000 (per individual).</li><li>Common Fund Benefit: Separately, Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for time spent dealing with the Data Incident, at $15/hour.</li></ol><p> </p><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td colspan="2" style="background-color:#14487f;text-align:center;"><p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:hsl(0,0%,100%);"><strong>YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT</strong></span></p></td></tr><tr><td style="text-align:center;vertical-align:top;"><strong>Submit A Claim Form</strong></td><td>This is the only way you may receive benefits from this Settlement. You will remain in the Settlement Class and be subject to the Released Claims.</td></tr></tbody></table></figure><p style="margin-left:unset;text-align:center;"> </p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="text-align:justify;">Within 45 days of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendants (i) will remove all pamphlets embedded in any webpage on Defendants’ websites accessible in the United States and (ii) will not possess PII  of Settlement Class Members. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Defendants shall not resume operation of the pamphlet on any webpage of their websites accessible in the United States that includes video content.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Notwithstanding the above, Defendants may seek relief from this injunction upon amendment or repeal of the VPPA or upon implementation of a VPPA-compliant consumer consent form.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Plaintiff may seek from the Court an injunction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">The settlement does not include any monetary compensation to Settlement Class Members.</li></ul>
